Perfect cut...

I have just watched the show,the Perfect cut,10pm,Ch U.Its about plastic surgery.Its about self esteem.Is it true that people with better looks will have higher self esteem?Better confidence?Its such an ugly world.To be honest,I guess its human nature and I find that I am shallow to that certain extent.

Feeling kinda confused and lost now...For a couple of issues...
